Media Proved To Be Liars, Retreat In Panic

Image
When Donald Trump accused the media of being "fake news," it set off a paroxysm of rage among news outlets and their collaborators in the "new media" of social media and internet sites. They retaliated by cracking down on conservative blogspam being posted to social media, usually from hysterical sites and sometimes from outright untrue clickbait, calling all of that "fake news" and appointing fake news sites like Snopes, Politifact, and Wikipedia in charge of determining true from fake. For most of us, however, his words resonated because we have become increasingly suspicious of what is reported in media. After the JournoList scandal , we know that a deep state style cabal in media is coordinating its message so to present the same idea in every place at once, which signals to most people that it is true. It was a corrupt and collusive activity that, for whatever reason, seemed ethically acceptable to its 100% Leftist audience. At that point, w...

Why The Downfall of Democracy Will Liberate Us From This Insane Time

Image
We live in a time of invisible insanity . On the surface, we have wealth, power, and technology; underneath, we see how a lack of social order has made people revert to the cruder ways of existence and become manipulative. There is very little trust because people do not share values in common, an identity, or even a sense of purpose; everyone exists for himself alone and denies any order larger than the human individual. Individualists hate social order because as soon as you have standards, you have a hierarchy based on who meets those standards. This means that social order tells people NO! in response to some actions they might contemplate, and they hate that, because the individualist in humanity resents any order -- even nature, logic, and fact -- above that of their own intentions. People have an inbuilt backdoor to their minds. We are self-pitying because we are aware of mortality and the smallness of our existence, including the limited amount of effect that we can have...

Why No One Should Concern Themselves With Rising Inequality

Image
The Left whines about "increasing inequality" and the disappearance of the middle class but as always, it is subterfuge. They simply want an excuse to increase equality, which is a process like entropy that involves taking from the productive and giving to the less productive so that everyone feels "safe" because there are no standards anymore. As usual, for the Left, no separation between cause and effect exists: inequality is the cause of inequality, and the solution, equality, is created by enforcing equality. They do not understand how conditions lead to responses and how what we see of reality is in fact the results of a cause somewhere else. Not surprisingly, their solutions are unrealistic as a result. If we look to the causes of inequality, we realize there can be only two: either the top group gained all the power, or the bottom group gave away power, for example by becoming less competent. We can see some evidence for this in the increasing inequalit...

On Las Vegas Shooter Stephen Paddock And Comfortable Media Narratives

Image
We know a lot about Stephen Paddock, the gunman who killed fifty-eight people at a Las Vegas concert with bump stocks and semiautomatic rifles, but the pattern makes so little sense that we know nothing at all of the man himself. In fact, it seems as if he went out of his way to obfuscate his own life before going on what he surely knew was a suicide mission. And now, the media narrative emerges in its final form : A jailed man who gave a statement to authorities in November said he encountered a man he believed was Stephen Paddock and who told him that Federal Emergency Management Agency “camps” setup after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 were “a dry run for law enforcement and military to start kickin' down doors and...confiscating guns.” “Somebody has to wake up the American public and get them to arm themselves,” the man said Paddock told him less than a month before the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history. “Sometimes sacrifices have to be made.” These statemen...

Memorial Day

Image
This Memorial Day weekend, it seems everyone is staying at home. The sales at the stores are not great, nor does there seem to be much excitement, but a fair number of people seem to be buying alcohol. The cookouts that made this such an odd holiday are gone as well; no more groups of neighbors, watery overpriced beer in hand, standing around a smoking grille and talking as if they knew each other. We cannot claim to be surprised by this, really, since national holidays have sort of faded away over the past couple years. It started with Halloween, when the people from outside the neighborhood drove so many kids to get candy that our subdivision basically just turned on the sprinklers and turned off the lights. Then other holidays faded too. We had nothing in common, so why celebrate them? To your average "American" at this point, Memorial Day means a four-day weekend and nothing more. Soldiers who died fighting for -- well, what, really? Abstractions like freedom and de...

Indulge In Some Metaphorical Paranoia

Image
Long ago, Asia wanted to conquer the West. Its first foray, through Mongols, had gone well until it became clear that resistance would be too strong and thus, the invasion too costly. In the grand tradition of plotting over tea and chess, the overlords of Asia met with clasped hands and faintly glowing dark eyes. "We cannot challenge them directly, so instead we will follow the most devious of strategies: we will turn them against themselves," said one Minister from deep in the rolling hills. "How can this be done?" asked another. The Minister from the city spoke up: "We will use two strokes of the axe: first, we will spread the worst of our own society to them, and then, we will turn them against themselves by making them compete against us to be more like us." As he explained his plans, the others agreed: this was indeed a subterfuge of many subtle layers, misdirections, deceptions, deflections, camouflage, and obfuscation! It made them feel in...

Court Rules Trump Tweets Are First Amendment Protected, But That Does Not Mean That Yours Are

Image
Tonight many keyboards are firing away at full speed about how a court's ruling that Donald Trump's Twitter messages are First Amendment protected means that Twitter will have to finally be an open and free speech zone. While this sounds like a nice idea, in fact the opposite is true. The court found that Trump's tweets are special because they are a communication from government . This is what gives us First Amendment protections in our replies to them. U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in Manhattan ruled that comments on the president’s account, and those of other government officials, were public forums, and that blocking Twitter users for their views violated their right to free speech under the First Amendment of Constitution. Eugene Volokh, a University of California Los Angeles School of Law professor who specializes in First Amendment issues, said the decision’s effect would reach beyond Trump. “It would end up applying to a wide range of governmen...

How The Left Is Self-Destructing By Having Only Negative Ideas, Not Plans

Image
The Left began with a simple idea: overthrow the natural hierarchy of humans by ability and let the mob rule instead of having leaders. This pleased a great number of people, but also guaranteed perpetual infighting as groups and individuals vie for power. This presented them with a problem in that Leftism can only act as an opposition to what exists and is thriving based on the notion of Utopia, or perfecting human beings through "progress" that solely involves more equality. Leftists are essentially egalitarians; their method and goal are the same: striving for equality. Currently, we are at fifty years past 1968 and we are finally seeing the results of what was adopted during that turbulent time of student revolt and political change. The WW2 propaganda finally matured and took over, and all good people went along with the Regime. Decades on, however, the Regime stands revealed as having solved none of the problems it intended to solve, and in fact, has made new pr...

RIP Hitler

For many years, I have thought it wise to put Adolf Hitler into the rearview mirror of history. Maybe he had some good ideas... but he also re-fought WW1 as WW2, which seems entirely pointless. Then there is the question of the many dead Jews and others who suffered because in order to have a modern regime, one must (apparently) destroy the opposition. Now we know he is gone, according to an analysis of the Fuhrer's teeth : Adolf Hitler definitely died in 1945 in Berlin, from taking cyanide and a bullet, according to French researchers who were given rare access to fragments of the dictator's teeth held in Moscow. In March and July 2017, Russia's secret service the FSB and the Russian state archives authorised a team of researchers to examine the bones of the dictator, for the first time since 1946, he said. The French team was able to look at a skull fragment presented as being from the Fuhrer, which showed a hole on the left side which was in all probability caus...

One Sad "Royal" Wedding

It was amusing to see Prince Harry wed Meghan Markle. Obviously very few Britons believed in this, because they recognize an ethnic stab-in-the-back when they see one. Who came out? Well, the usual people who favor Leftism and want to abolish white people of course. We might call this wedding an exercise in "capture the flag." The Left wants to seize a symbol of whiteness; Diana's boys, who hate their father and his family and love their mother despite her bad behavior, are prime targets. William married an airline stewardess, and Harry has married an American actress -- which is bad enough! -- who is also of mixed race. These boys want to destroy their heritage because they are angry and resentful. This might explain why the great diversity experiment has failed to impress indigenous Britons. Few people understand this, but in nature, reproduction is the issue for all organisms. The organisms that survive are those which reproduce, which is why nature often priori...

Why School Shootings Ravage America

Another school shooting, another "thoughts and prayers" kind of week. It gets comical after a while: a true enemy confronts us in the face, and we are busy distracting ourselves with the irrelevant. Almost like we want to die out. People, like the angry monkeys that they are, are willing to jump to conclusions after a school shooting based on what they already want to prove. They can blame guns, or absent fathers, or any number of other nonsense scapegoats, but no one will look at the actual cause. Modern life is existential Hell. We have more technology and wealth than ever before, but the actual measure of life -- our time -- is spent on wasteful, pointless, aggravating, and frustrating red tape and make-work. We have become caged birds: we must sing for our supper, but no one is really listening. It is all just pro forma compliance so the herd does not see us as a threat. Kids have nothing to look forward to. A broken marriage, forty-five years of a job doing things...

About Tulio Baars And Why Amerika.Org Is Down

This page is dedicated to Tulio Baars, whom you can reach at borrull@eircom.net and tuliobaars@gmail.com . He writes for Huffington Post in Brazil here . Tulio also works for Garage and Catarse . Tulio came to our attention because one of the IP addresses used in the initial attack -- see below for a list -- was linked to him in the past. 90.86.177.149 156.197.115.103 201.6.241.88 50.33.53.90 41.250.212.244 195.55.255.158 41.248.201.66 89.101.246.18 177.11.148.220 146.255.180.237 89.101.246.18 156.197.115.103 109.237.120.70 95.84.65.36 125.59.41.7 186.89.119.5 190.62.35.248 We have contacted him and asked for a comment, but he has not replied. Since we first published this information, the attack has redoubled with a botnet involving thousands of hosts in the US, EU, North Africa, and Brazil. The following are some of the IP addresses posted so that if you are searching for your IP to figure out why you are in a spam trap, you know the reason why: your machine is...

Diversity As A Jobs Program

Government becomes an industry when its regulations or legal demands cause job categories to be created out of thin air. If government requires you to file Form #666-69 in order to build a house, there will be several jobs created: the bureaucrats who process the forms, the lawyers who guide you through the process around the invisible obstacles, and the people who fill out the forms for large firms. Voters rarely understand laws as imposing costs. To them, government makes a rule and then people follow it or are punished. They forget that in addition to the police who have to arrest the violators, many other costs are imposed, as well as delays. People always complain about red tape, but somehow forget that whenever they get scared before an election and vote for the nice person who promises a strong response. Those strong responses make government a major employer. In America, almost 22 million people are directly employed by the government , and many more are in jobs created by...

In Poo-Flinging Incident, The Futility Of Modernity Stands Revealed

A few weeks ago, Starbucks found itself enrolled in controversy because it turned down the request of two black men to use a restroom. They had been engaging in suspicious behavior and the management of a Manhattan location, wary of the problems of the homeless, called the law on them. This kicked off the usual cycle: media frenzy, apologies, and new policies which favor the bad over the good. As is the nature of human herds, bathroom access is now on our minds. A woman in Canada who was denied bathroom access had a somewhat unique but simian response: she flung feces at the employee who denied her bathroom access. Tim Hortons corporation said it is "deeply concerned" about a graphic video circulating online that appears to show a woman argue with staff at a Langley restaurant, before defecating in front of the cashier's counter and throwing it at staff. RCMP said officers briefly detained the woman, who is known to police in the area, and issued a date for her t...

The Glory And Sadness Of Jordan Peterson

On the Right, Jordan Peterson proves contentious. He came from the same generation of what we might call "Alt Lite Plus" figures who argue for expanded classical liberalism, meaning that we should tolerate non-Leftist opinion as well as politically correct ones. This proved enough to set the Regime on the defensive, since his approach mirrors the one they used to force their way into all the institutions of the West: he says that, if the Left are in favor of freedom and equality, they should be perfectly happy allowing conservative lives to matter, too. An effective gambit in an early stage of an argument, Peterson's theory basically says, "Hey, we all agree on equality. Since you agree, you will allow us to be conservative and talk about it in public, too?" He is attacking that zone of ambiguity caused by the fact that freedom and equality require one another. For people to have freedom, we have to believe in equality or admit that the lower half of soci...

What Is Amerika-In-Exile, And Who Is Tulio Baars?

Image
For the past two weeks, we have been under assault by a well-funded SJW brigade. They have outpaced our web hosting provider, who does not have the resources to fight simultaneous attacks: a DOS attack that targets the web server, and a DDoS attack that targets the IP protocol layer. As a result, the domains anus.com , deathmetal.org , genocide.org , and amerika.org are down for the time being. Since we do not give up easily, we are back here to continue spreading our realism. Realism means that you measure the goodness of anything by its results, not what people think about it or how they feel or even what social institutions say about it. We look toward results in the long-term and ask if they are really going to get us better civilization, death metal, art, music, literature, philosophy, and mental health. This makes us explicitly anti-Leftist, since Leftism substitutes equality for results in its measurement of what is good. It also puts us on the outs with much of the cons...
